1/2 cup sugar (granulated); 3/4 cup butter; 1 large egg; 2 cups unsifted cake flour; poach peaches.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter & egg with electric beater; or food processor. Then add 2 cups unsifted cake flour. (If made ahead, cover dough & chill in refrigerating. (3 days) no longer. Divide dough into 3 equal portions. If sticky to handle; chill briefly. Next, press dough into bottom of shells. Bake 25-30 min. 325 degree oven.
After cool shell; fill with poach peaches.
