3 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)
2 teas cinnamon
1 teas salt
2 teas baking soda
2 teas baking powder
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs beat (in separate bowl)
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil Wesson or corn oil
2 cups pumpkin (canned measure )

Directions:

Combine flour & dry ingredients; mix well by hand; then add brown sugar, eggs, oil & pumpkin.)
Use large 4 qt. pot to mix all together.
9 " x 5" 1/2 loaf pans. (2 ungreased pans.)
Divide into (two) loaf pans. Bake oven 350 degree; 50 min. Place oven rack in middle for best results; place both pans with 10" space on oven rack; to bake evenly. Let cool 15 min. before turning out on rack or platter. Slicing thick will produce less servings. This freezes well to eat later.
