1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teas baking soda
1/2 teas salt
1/2 teas. cinnamon
3 cups oats (quick oats) uncooked
2 sticks soften butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teas. vanilla extract
1 bag of butterscotch chips

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Set
aside; then cream butter with granulated sugar; until smooth texture. Add eggs & vanilla flavoring to butter & sugar. Beat by hand with large spoon, when well mixed; add dry ingredients in 1/3 to the butter & sugar ingredients. You need mix in large pot or bowl. Add chips last. drop by teas. on a greased cookie pan/sheet.

preheat oven - 10 min. before you start to bake a batch. 350 degrees.
I use 2 cookie sheets; grease them both & place near your stove & have spatula to remove as soon as done. Put cookie rack to cool each batch.
