Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup chopped onion
2 TBS vegetable oil
1-11/2 lbs pork tenderloin coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 TBS flour
1 cup of chicken broth
3 medium tomatoes or 1 can of diced tomatoes
1 TBS of tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy skillet over medium heat saute onions in the oil
Add pork and saute until brown
Mix in chili powder, garlic, paprika and cook for 3 min while scrapping bit from the bottom
Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir in
cook another few min.
Stir in chicken broth a little at a time
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste
cover and simmer until meat is cooked through, about 45-1 hour.
Stir occasionally
