1 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
2 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 12 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 onion, fine chopped
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 stick pepperoni
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. fine dry cracker crumbs
2 tsp. salt

In a five quart Dutch oven, empty cans of spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Stir in onions, oregano, and garlic powder. Slice pepperoni thinly and add. Heat sauce slowly for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, and salt. Form into approximately 24 small meatballs. Crumble remaining ground beef into sauce. In another skillet brown meatballs, then gently add to sauce. Cover. Cook over low heat, about two hours, stirring often and occasionally skimming fat from top of sauce.
