1-2 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Heavy Cream (whipped)
2 tablespoons Corn Starch
3/4 cup Sugar
1 Egg Yolk

Directions:
Directions:
Use "Basic Sweet Dough" Recipe. Press in bottom of 9x13 pan.

Whipped Cream Topping:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Whip 3/4 cup cream.
3. Fold in corn starch, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 egg yolk.
4. Cover "Basic Sweet Dough" in 9x13 pan with 1/2 of whipped cream topping.
5. Sprinkle crumbs on top of whipped cream topping. 6. Spoon remaining half of whipped cream topping (strudel fashion) over crumbs.
7. Stick with fork 10-12 times.
8. Let rise about 10 mins.
9. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Instructions for crumb topping:
1. Mix 1-2 Tbsp butter with 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup sugar.
2. Blend with a fork until mixture starts to crumb, then mix with hands. (May add more flour and sugar for crumbly consistency.)
3. Note: shake mixing bowl to help form crumbs.
