3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
l tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 lg eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 whole milk
1 tsp. rosewater
1 1/4 cups fresh cranberries, roughly chopped
3/4 up chopped walnuts or pecans

preheat oven to 350º. Lightly butter and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until blended. Stir in melted butter. Mix the milk with the rosewater if using, and stir into the eggs and sugar. Fold in dry ingredients just until blended, then add the cranberries and nuts. Scrap batter into prepared pan; smooth top. Bake for 55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Transfer to wire rack; cool for 10 min. Run a knife around pan edges; invert cake onto wire rack. Cool completely
