"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Mix cream cheese and sugar together by hand until it resembles pie dough. Roll into small balls and roll in granulated sugar (this keeps them from sticking to the mold). Press into desired molds (to give them shape), and pop out immediately. These can be eaten immediately or if stored in covered container will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator. They can be colored by using powdered food colors. (Liquid coloring makes the mints too sticky).
