2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
2 tbl sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup raisins
3 tbl cider vinegar
3/4 cup milk





Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and sugar. Cut in margarine until it resembles coarse cornmeal. Add raisins, mix vinegar and milk. Make a well in center of flour and add liquid all at once. Stir until all moistened. Turn out onto floured board and knead 8 - 10 times. Shape into round ball and place in greased 8 inch pie pan. Cur a cross from side to side and brush top with a little milk for a nice glaze.
Bake at 400º for 15 minutes and at 350º for three more minutes. You can put almond frosting on it.
