2 lbs of golden potatoes
1 wedge of Brie Cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 golden delicious apple
pint of heavy cream or half and half
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and quarter potatoes for boiling.Boil potatoes until tender. Peel and core and thinly slice apple. In small saucepan place apple and cream to cover on medium low heat. Let cream reduce while potatoes are boiling. Blend apple and cream in food processor or blender. Drain and return potatoes to the same pan. Add cream and apple mixture while mashing potatoes add butter and add small pieces of brie cheese at a time. Salt and peeper to taste. Make sure all cheese and butter are melted into the potatoes, serve hot!
