8 cups (2-1/2 lbs.) peeled quartered potatoes
1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing or mayo
1 pkg. (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. onion powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in a 4 qt. saucepan and cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 25 to 30 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in salad dressing, cream cheese, onion powder, salt & pepper until light and fluffy. Spoon into 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Cover tightly; freeze.

To serve, thaw casserole in refrigerator.
Bake at 350° for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until thoroughly heated.

(Bake at 350° for 45 minutes if you don't freeze the casserole)
