1 cup Uncle Ben's Converted Rice
10 pieces of dry spaghetti, broken into 1/2 pieces
1 TBS butter
2 cups boiling water
2 tsp chicken bouillon

variation: use bulgur or melon seed pasta in place of dry spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water in a teapot, measure and add 2 tsp chicken bouillon. Set aside.

Melt butter in a saucepan, add broken noodle bits and stir until golden, stir in rice. Carefully stir in chicken stock. Lower heat to med. low and cook for approximately 20 minutes until all water is absorbed but rice is not dried out.
