1 lb boneless chicken (cooked)
2 cubes chicken bouillon
3 tsp. cornstarch
1 (16 oz.) sweet & sour sauce
2 small cans mushrooms
3 tbsp. curry powder
1 onion (chopped)
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 bouillon cubes in 2 cups water & boil until dissolved.
Place cooked chicken in an unheated skillet. Pour bouillon over chicken and turn heat to medium.
Mix cornstarch with a little water to make a milky consistency. Pour over chicken.
In a bowl, mix sweet & sour sauce, mushrooms, curry powder, onion, salt, & pepper. Pour over chicken and simmer.
Serve over rice.
