1 Lb. mild sausage (Bob Evans)
6 Eggs
3 C milk
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dry mustard
6 slices white bread (I usually take off the crust)
1 1/2 C grated cheese (mild)


Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage - brown, drain and cool. Mix eggs (beat), milk, salt & mustard. Cube bread (remove crust if desired) and add to the egg and milk mixture. Stir and then add cheese and sausage. Put in 8x12 glass baking dish, cover with plastic, and refrigerate overnight.
Remove plastic and bake uncovered at 350º for 45 min. Serves 6-8.

Double recipe for 9x13 glass dish and will serve 10 or so.

OPTION -- use 1/2 mild and 1/2 hot sausage, use 1/2 mild cheese, 1/2 sharp cheddar.
