Tenderized steak in serving size pieces
buttermilk
seasoned flour with salt, peppewr, and garlic
4-5 inches oil or deep fryer at 350.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour with seasonings.
2. Bread steak in flour, then in buttermilk, and then in flour. Dust off excess flour.
Lower in hot oil and brown for about 4-5 minutes. Turn half way.

You can fix pork chops, tenderized pork, and chicken tenders the exact same way. With chicken tenders you will want some ranch, blue cheese or honey mustard for dipping.
