1 lb. boneless sirloin steak
1 T. cornstarch - divided
3 T. dry Sherry - divided
3 T. soy sauce - divided
1 1/2 T. vegetable oil
1 lb. fresh asparagus - cut diagonally into 1" lengths
3 T. beef broth
hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips and place in a shallow dish. Combine 2 tsp. cornstarch, 2 T. Sherry, and 2 T. soy sauce and pour over steak and marinate for 10 minutes. Remove meat from marinade .
Coat bottom and sides of a large skillet or wok with oil. Heat skillet to medium high (325º). Add steak and stir-fry until browned. Remove steak from wok. Add asparagus and beef broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Combine remaining cornstarch, sherry, and soy sauce in wok. Add steak and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Serve over rice.
