1 lb. bell pepper - chopped
1 lg. onion - chopped
1 1/2 c. celery - chopped
2 sm. cans chopped mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. mayo
2 cans crabmeat
4 eggs
3 c. milk
1 lb. grated mozzarella cheese
1 stick butter
8 slices bread

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in deep 9x13 inch glass dish. Tear or cube bread.
Mix bell pepper, onion, celery, mushrooms, soup, mayo, crabmeat, and cheese together.
Layer bread and mixture in casserole dish. Combine milk and eggs and pour over top. Bake at 350º for about 35-40 minutes.
