1 T Hawaiian salt
1/2 soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1 (1/2 inch) slice ginger, crushed
1 T liquid smoke (not the hickory flavored kind!)
3-4 lb pork tenderloin
Banana leaves (or parchment paper)

Directions:

Mix together salt, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic (if using), ginger, and liquid smoke. Place pork on banana leaves (or parchment paper). Rub with seasonings and let stand one hour. Fold leaves (paper) over to wrap the pork. Wrap the enclosed pork in foil. Place in a baking pan and bake in a 325º oven for 4-5 hours. Unwrap pork, cool, and shred meat.

This is a way to enjoy Kalua pork when you're not in Hawaii. Serve with potato-mac salad for plate lunch...or go haoli style and use for tacos or nachos.
