2&1/2 lbs hamburger
little bit of onion
1 can of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 can of enchilada sauce
1-2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1 pkg flour tortillas
3-4 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with a little onion. In a sauce pan, mix enchilada sauce, soup, milk, chilli powder, and cumin. Mix 1/2 of the cheese and part of sauce with hamburger. Put hamburger mixture in shells and roll up. Put some sauce in bottom of pan, then lay filled shells in pan. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and remaining sauce on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 325.
May top with sour cream and salsa before serving.
