2 carrots finely diced
2 sweet potatoes peeled and diced
2 cups diced peeled butternut or acorn squash
couple tablespoons milk and butter
cinnamon, nutmeg
1 tablespoon orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil vegetables until soft. the carrots take longer to cook. Drain and mash with milk and butter adding cinnamon or nutmeg or both to taste, if you like add a little orange juice. this is good with pork or poultry
