3 lbs hamburger
1 c. long grain rice
1 tsp salt
1Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 of onion finely chopped
1 clove of garlic optional more or less to suit your taste
2-3 envelopes brown gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cover rice with warm water (only enough water to cover). In a large bowl add everything else except brown gravy mix. Mix together. Add rice and most of water. Make walnut sized balls and brown. Make gravy mix but use double the water.Pour over meat balls . Simmer until rice is tender 25-30 minutes, adding more water if needed.
