Stir together 2 cups flour and yeast. Heat milk, water, sugar, olive oil and salt over low heat, only until warm, stirring to blend. Add liquid ingredients to flour/yeast mixture and beat till smooth, (about 300 strokes by hand). Add 1 cup flour and beat about 150 strokes by hand. Stir in more flour to make a moderately stiff dough. Knead on floured board 10-12 min. Shape into ball and place in a greased bowl, turning to grease all sides. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 1/2 hours). Punch down! Divide into 4 equal parts, freeze or use. Press dough onto a greased pan. Place desired toppings on the dough. Bake in preheated oven at 425º for 15-18 min, or till done.
