½ cup of walnuts
½ cup almonds
½ cup pecans
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup real maple syrup
½ cup raisins (blueberries or goji berries for added anti-oxidants)

Directions:

Combine (raisins or other berries, added last) and bake on sprayed sheet in a 300 degree oven for 30 minutes.
