2-1/2 cups whole milk, divided
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 oz. square unsweetened chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 extra large egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 ea. 9” baked pastry shell
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
In large heavy saucepan, bring 2 cups milk, sugar, chocolate and butter to a boil. Remove from heat. Whisk together cornstarch, 1/2 cup milk, egg yolks and vanilla. Off the heat, add this mixture to cooked mixture, stirring constantly. Return to heat, adjusted to low. Mix with wire whisk until thick and smooth. Stir in marshmallows and continue stirring until melted. Pour into cookie pie shell and refrigerate. Pat waxed paper on the pie while refrigerating to avoid cracking. Top with whipped cream before serving. Serves 6.
