1 lb ground chicken
1/4 bread crumbs or panko
1 leaf oregano
1 leaf marjoram
1 leaf basil
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp fennel
1/4 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 whole eggs
1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Place ground chicken in skillet and cook on medium, adding spices.
Beat eggs and add to mix. Add remaining ingredients and continue cooking in large skillet on low, or place in 350 oven until eggs are set.
