Salad:
6 chicken breasts
1 piece ginger root

1 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1 bunch green onions, diced
2/3 cup sesame seeds, toasted
2 pkgs (7 oz) slivered almonds, toasted
1 pkg wonton skins (that have been cut into quarters and fried in oil)

Dressing:
8 T vinegar
8 T sugar
3 tsp salt
2 tsp Accent
1 tsp pepper
1 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Bring pot of water to boil, peel ginger root and cut into chunks. Add chicken breast, boil until tender and done. Remove chicken, bone, and skin. Cut chicken into chunks. (Discard ginger.)

Toss together remaining salad ingredients and top with chicken.

Blend dressing ingredients and toss with salad.
