6 skinless chicken breasts
1 tbs seasoned salt and 1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/2 cup of cooking oil
1 package of Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken breasts in seasoned salt and pepper until heavily seasoned. Dip in oil and then roll in Ritz cracker crumbs. Put breasts in foil lined pan, and cover with foil.

Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees,
uncover chicken and bake for another 15 minutes.

Fried chicken is popular in the South, and this is a nice family variation from Brian's Nanny that is easy and less fattening.
