2 cans chopped clams
1/4 c. chopped onions
3 cloves garlic
1/3 c. olive oil
2 T. butter
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. lemon rind
pepper
1 - 2 T. lemon juice
Parmesan cheese
1 lb. linguini pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Drain clams and keep juice. Saute onion and garlic in hot oil until onion is clear. Add clam broth, oregano, and salt & pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Lower heat, add clams, juice and rind. Serve over linguini.
