1 stick oleo, melted
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup flour
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1 large container cool whip
1 ea. Hershey’s chocolate bar. grated

Directions:
Directions:
For first layer, combine melted oleo, pecans and flour. Mush this down on the bottom of a 13" x 9" Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees until a little bit brown. Let cool. For next layer, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cool whip: Whip until thick. Spread over crust. For the next layer, mix together vanilla and chocolate puddings and milk. Whip and spread over cream cheese layer. For the last layer, spread entire container of cool whip over pudding layer. For the top, add grated chocolate for decoration.
