1 cup flour
1 cup sugar (white or brown)
1 cup sour cream or yogurt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Grease a 9x9 inch pan
Add first 3 ingredients together in mixing bowl
mix vinegar and baking soda together in large glass or plastic container mixture will foam then
add to cake batter.
You can add anything else you would like to this cake...cocoa powder, chocolate chips, mashed bananas, line the bottom of the pan with sliced fruit (pears, apples, plums) adding eggs will make the cake lighter.
Cook for 20 minutes cool and serve
