7 c. cucumbers, thinly sliced (DO NOT PEEL)
1 T. Salt
1 c. Cider Vinegar
2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Celery Salt
1 tsp. Mustard Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cucumbers and salt; soak 1 hour. Drain well.
Combine vinegar, sugar, celery salt and mustard seeds in saucepan; bring to boil and cook until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Let cool. Pour cooled mixture over pickles and pack into freezer containers. Freeze. Ready to eat in 1 week. Delicious and crisp.
