2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 onion finely chopped
1 six ounce can tomato paste
1/1/2 cup water
3 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup pickle relish
1 tsp salt
1 - 2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in sauce pan. Brown meat, add onion breaking the meat into fine pieces. Stir in tomato paste, water, vinegar, pickle relish, and salt. Simmer 25 minutes.

Blend in chili powder, mustard and pepper.
