3 cups flour
1 cup shortening
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
1. With a fork blend shortening, salt, and flour until crumbly.
2 Mix vinegar with water and add to flour mixture. Stir into a ball.
Crust is for a 2 crust pie.
3. Take a little over 1/2 of dough and make into a round patty. Roll out into circle 12 inches on lightly floured wax paper. Take Paper from bottom and flip onto 9" piepan. Fit in pie pan. If it is a single crust pie crimp edges. If it is a 2 crust pie roll out the remainer of dough into a 10 " circle and place on top of filling and then crimp edges together.

When baking a pie always put the rack on the next to bottom rack. By doing this the bottom of crust browns.
