5 potatoes sliced with peeling
3/4 stick butter
4 cloves garlic minced
Parm cheese
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until 1/2 done, and drain well.
2. In microwave melt butter and garlic.
3. Add butter and pepper to potatoes stirring gently.
4. Pace in greaed baking pan in single layer. Sprinkle with parm cheese and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
