Pizza Dough (in the Bread Maker): - or buy it
¾ cup water
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 Teaspoon salt
2 ½ cups flour
1 ½ teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
Toppings:
Tomatoes
½ pound Mozzarella (fresh)
2 Tablespoons freshly grated Parmigianino-reggiano
Basil
Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

Crust:Pour ingredients into bread maker in the order they are listed. Use dough cycle (about 90 minutes).Preheat oven to 400°. Place pizza stone in oven at this time if using. Let heat for 30 minutes.Divide dough into 2 parts. On lightly floured surface, roll or pat into a 12-inch circle. Place on a pizza pan or pizza peel.

Toppings:Skin tomatoes and cut them into ½-inch wide strips, discarding seeds and any runny matter. Distribute them over the pizza dough, sprinkle with salt, and drizzle with olive oil. Slide dough in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Take the dough out and quickly top with mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese (in that order), then return to oven for 3-5 minutes. When cheese has melted, take out pizza, drizzle with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves
