8 oz. thinly sliced or cubed ham
1 pkg (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 extra-large biscuits, reduced fat or regular)
¾ c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. smooth style spaghetti sauce for dipping (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Using a rolling pin, roll 4 of the biscuits to flatten them to about 4 inches in diameter. Place the flattened biscuits on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Divide the ham and cheese evenly among the flattened biscuits, spreading to within ¼ inch of the edge. Roll the remaining biscuits to about 4 inches in diameter and place over filling and turnover bottoms. Press the edges together to seal well. Bake until tops of turnovers are golden brown, 9-12 minutes. Warm spaghetti sauce in microwave until heated through and use for dipping if desired.
