4 lb. roast (shoulder or chuck)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 c. water or 1 beer (not dark)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the soups and water/beer and pour over roast. Cook in a crock-pot on High for 4 hrs. and then Low for 6-12 hrs.
