2 lbs. hamburger
1 large onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (chopped - or more if you like)
2 cups cooked long grain rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) jar mild green chilis
1/2 jar mild taco sauce
1/2 jar hot taco sauce (if you don't like it spicy, then use 1 full jar of mild sauce)
1 bag Dorito chips
1 med. size Kraft Catalina Salad Dressing
1 (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Brown hamburger, onion, and garlic. Drain grease.
In a pan combine rice, soups, chilis, and taco sauce. Bring to a boil. Add to hamburger mixture.
In a 9x13 pan layer: rice / meat mixture, shredded cheese, crushed Dorito chips. Top with entire bottle of Catalina dressing.
Bake at 400º until cheese melts and top is crusty.
