Ingredients:
1/2 C butter
1/2 C milk
1 C sugar
4tbl cocoa powder
1/2 C peanut butter
3 1/2 C oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Spread wax paper across a flat surface.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, milk, sugar and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for one minute, then remove from the stove and set aside.
Add peanut butter and oatmeal to the melted mixture, stirring well.
Drop teaspoons of the mixture onto the wax paper and let cookies cool for about 15 minutes or so before digging in. I have found by putting them in the refrigerator for a bit helps too.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have had no cocoa powder in the house before BUT had hot cocoa mix...so I I skipped the sugar ingredient and used the hot cocoa mix in place of the plain cocoa and it was great!
