3 c. flour, 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder, 3/4 tsp salt, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 large eggs beaten, 1 c. milk, 1/2 c. sour cream, 6 tbsp. butter softened, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 c. blueberries, lightly coated with flour.
Streusel: 3tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. chopped nuts, 3 tbsp. sugar

Mix dry ingredients. Beat wet ingredients, then blend in with the dry ingredients till just combined. Don't over mix. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Top with sugar or streusel (cut butter into flour, sugar, and nuts) and bake 20-22 mins. at 350º
