1 c. butter or margarine, 4 eggs, 3 c. sugar, 2 c. sour cream, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. salt, 2 Tbsp. vanilla, 8-9 c. flour,1 tsp. lemon extract.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine or butter, eggs, sugar, and sour cream. Add dry ingredients and vanilla and lemon extract. Roll out and cut desired cookie shape. Cook at 350º for 7-8 mins. Cool and frost!

This recipe makes a lot of cookie's, but when we make and frost sugar cookies we tend to have to make A LOT!!!!! Not because I'm eating them though ;)
