8 qts of tomatoes
6 medium onions, chopped
1 bunch of celery, chopped
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup salt
1 cup butter
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tomatoes, onions and celery until tender. Run through a food sieve. Put in a kettle. Add sugar and salt. Let boil. Mix together butter and flour. Add to the tomatoes and let cook for 10 minutes. Stir to keep from sticking. Put in jars and pressure cook for 5 minutes at 15 pounds or 20 minutes in water bath canner.
