6 Italian Mild Sausage
6 medium potatoes (sliced about 1/4" thick and cut into fours)
1 large onion, diced
6 slices bacon
2 cloves minced garlic
2 cups kale leaves - chopped small
1 can chicken broth
2 qt. water
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Take the sausage out of the casing and brown like you would hamburger meat. Drain and put in a large pan. To the same skillet cook the bacon until crisp and set aside for later. Add onions and garlic to the skillet and cook until tender. Put in the pan. Add your potatoes, chicken broth and water. Cook until potatoes are tender. when you are almost ready to serve it add the kale and cream. Heat for an additional 4 minutes.
