1 cup Minute Rice
2 TBSP margarine
1/4 cup white onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small jar Kraft Cheez Whiz
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and cook rice as directed on box adding margarine and onion.

Stir in soup, Cheese Whiz, broccoli and black pepper.

Bake at 350 º for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly all the way through.

At holidays, I double the recipe using 1 can of cream of celery and 1 can of cream of mushroom soups!
