2 to 3 cups rice (cooked)
2lb's ground beef cooked drained and seasoned
2 cups light sour cream
2 large tomatoes chopped
Baked or Reg. Tortilla Chips
Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray baking dish with non stick oil. Then begin layers; rice, then beef, then sour cream, tomatoes, tortilla chips.
Bake covered for 30 minutes @ 375. Then uncover and top with cheddar cheese bake until all cheese melted.

This is a great recipe for the little ones. They serve it at Julian's daycare and all the kids go for seconds! We have started making it at home we mix up the spices in the ground beef and for the big people added extra green onions, olives, and salsa as toppers when finished baking.
