4 qts cornbread crumbled
2 qts bread crumbs
2 T salt
2 T poultry seasoning
2 c minced onion
1 t pepper
2 c margarine or butter
1 qt minced celery (2 stalks)
10 – 12 c broth (as needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in a little butter. Mix all ingredients together except broth in a large mixing bowl. Add broth a little at a time until dressing is moist but not soupy. Put in a roasting size pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 – 1 ½ hours. Cover with foil about the first hour and then uncover and bake additional 30 minutes. After about 30 – 45 minutes you may need to stir and add broth as needed to keep crust from forming on tops and sides.
