Medium size jar of diced pimientos, drained
Helman’s mayonnaise until spreading consistency

Grate about 8oz of Colby or American cheese.
Stir in medium size jar of diced pimientos, drained.
Mix with Helman’s mayonnaise until spreading consistency.
