3 cups ripe diced Bartlett pears
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 orange, pulp, and grated rind
1/2 c chopped maraschino cherries
1 box Sure-Jel
3 1/2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix diced pears, other fruits and Sure-Jel. Bring mixture to boil rapidly over high heat, stirring constantly. Add sugar, bring to full rolling boil. Boil exactly 2 minutes. Stir for 2 more minutes. Pour into jars, seal.
