2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. margarine
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in blender. Cover and blend on low for about 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Let stand about 5 min. (crust will settle and form on bottom) Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
