1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 t salt
1/8 t black pepper
1 or 2 T sugar ( a little more if you like fritters sweet)
˝ c milk
2 c flour
2 t baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn, salt, pepper, sugar and baking powder, well beaten egg and flour (enough to hold mixture together). Make patties about 1 ˝”. Fry two to three minutes deep fat (360 degrees– 370 degrees)
